OBD0 PR3 ECU??????

OBD0 PR3 ECU for USDM B16A2?
Anyone know if the JDM OBDO PR3 ecu and wiring harness is compatable with a B16A2 USDM ........99 civic SI................or whether there would be conflicts? I was under the impression the the intake, and the trans were the only major different points between the two motors.
