HI FLOW CAT
i see a bunch of high flow cat converters on ebay for sale for pretty cheap, i need a new one anyways but i was just wondering if i will still pass e-chaeck with a "high flow cat"
I would email the seller and make sure they are actually catalitic convertors. I've been looking my self lately and they always say a test pipe or race only because they don't have the actual scrubbers in side.
they are usually just stainless glasspacks that have the same flanges and length as the stock honda cat
so .. whether you pass or not .... will be dependant on whether your car is able to pass a sniffer without any cat on it

You WILL NOT pass with one of these things!
I have one on my car that I purchased off Ebay. It improved my exhaust flow by a ton and gave me a few more horses.
I still have my old cat though, I will just swap them when I take it to get checked
The ones on ebay are just resonated test pipes, they won't make your car "pingey" or "raspy" like regular test pipes do...
Here's a picture of mine...
