what have you done?..what mods?..main reason why its so slow is because of weight issues with the car...make your car go on a diet and see what that does...get engine work.....buy spray (nitrous)

so far for the motor ive only done an intake and exhaust
that car was gutted starten from backseat and back. the only thing is i had a really dirty air filter then

do you think a full tune up then cam gear with new timing belt will help it any? or just say f*ck it and do a swap

well it could be that your not a great driver and the fact that the car isn't fast to begin with. it's not like your intake and exhaust gave you the 20hp they advertise.

a cam gear will do absolutely nothing in a stock motor. spray it and be happy

Always check the basics first. Fuel pressure and volume, ignition timing, engine cranking and running compression, cylinder leakage and valve adjustment, Tune up needs- fuel filter, plugs, wires, dizzy cap and rotor. Play around with your ignition timing too. It's amazing what a couple of degrees will do for ya!

What kind of wheels do you have? And before anyone posts asking why i asked I will answer it. The rotational mass of the wheels has a huge impact on performance. Also Tires make a big difference on performance. Saying your car is gutted and only having the trunk gutted is not right. try removing more stuff running lighter wheels up the fuel pressure with a fpr and work on your driving.

gutted was meant for the backseat AND back so i only had my front seats in. when i ran that time i had my stock rims on with bald tires, now i got some konig 17's with falken tires

oh and to the guy that says i cant drive (nvm)
