hey i have a 95 teg and i want to buy new suspension for my car i was looking at the tanabe sustec pro ss type 1 or the tein ss whitch set up is better and why if u have experience with eather let me no. o yea so far i have been thinking about geting the tanabe setup because it comes with the pillow ball mounts and helper springs. o yea i do lots of daily driving

You noted that the car is a daily driver, however do you see any autocross or track time? What about spirited mountain driving? Any additional details are appreciated.

 

Most people on this forum tend to favor the Koni Yellow shocks with custom spring rate Ground Controls coilovers. This way you can have the adjustability of height and stiffness in suspension (16 way adjustable, i believe) whether it be a night out on a date or a day on the track. Also GC with Koni's offers a setup that is not found in any true coilover that is under 1200. I personally, after my turbo will be purchasing a set of koni's and GC's.

 

I DO LOTS OF DAILY DRIVING AND STREET RACING, ALSO I GO TO THE TRACK. I WANT TO NO IF THE TANABE OR TEIN WILL BE BETTER. ALSO I WANT TO BE ABLE TO TAKE TIGHT TURNS AND HAVE GOOD HANDLEING. MY LAST SETUP WAS SKUNK2 COILOVERS WITH TOCIKO ILLUMINAS WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE RIDE.
I CAN GET THE TANABE SETUP FOR $850 AND THE TEIN SS FOR $900 WICH WILL BE BETTER TO BUY
