i'm desperately looking for a R motor..full swap or longblock where and how much. TIA

Godspeed/Toda B18C5 block - $4000

Brand new ITR short block. Blue printed and balanced with Toda pistons installed. Ready to drop in. 12.3:1 standard compression ratio. Other options available.

OMG!!!!!! Only $4000 for a shortblock with Toda pistons?!?!?!?!? Thats such a deal!!!!

As you can tell i'm being very sarcastic. You can pick up a ITR shortblock brand new from the dealer for around $2200 if you dont have any hookups. You can then get custom JE pistons for about $600. This is what Steph who ran 8.3 in his civic and all the other fast cars use including top fuel cars. With JE's, they are custom to your specific specs. Then you have $1200 to find a place to put them in for you. And trust me, it wont cost $1200 for installation. It would probably cost less than $350 including modifying the pistons for the floating wrist pins.

Just trying to save the honda-tech member a couple bucks.

I have the Spoon balanced JDM short block for $2500 CR 11.1 with stock head gasket full balanced & blueprinted by Spoon.
