k, well i just got home from school and while i was driving.. and slowing down not hard stoping but normal stoping from a distance, i was wondering, does the needle slow down as fast as ur car slows down? or is there a delay/lag there? also does it go up as fast as u speed up? or is there a delay there?

 

I never noticed a big delay on the speedo...

 

there is a small delay but only by like a couple of mph like 2 or 3

 

i dont know about when you speed up.

but when im slowing down it seems to be like 5mph give or take

 

Ithink my speedometr is skrewed up!!! Like when i slow down the speedometer goes wayyy too slow and i think its saying im going faster then i really am..i have a 95 gsr...any way i can figure out how to fix it??? (i just bought the car)

 

hmm, maybe they messed with the cluster.. maybe to roll back the miles or something, or tried to put on glow gauges.. did u do a car fax on the car to see if the mileage on the car is accurate?

 

yup in deeed i did....yeah they did ttry to put glow gauges on...cause there there and there not even installed that great...what do i do now? just guess how fast im driving???

 

well get it re calibrated at acura or a good shop.. but that can be costly, well from i heard.. but not sure.. or just go to a junk yard and get one, and roll back the miles.. theres a good thread on how to do it.. its ur choice.. but i know the needle thing can bug after a while..

anyone have any more advise...welll guys help me out.... for the people with gsr's....tell me how fast your going in each gear at lets say 3 grand... just tell me like 1st, 2nd, 3rd gear...thanks!!! for all i know it might be right....
