2002 WRX ~28kmiles w/Extras in Pennsylvania

Car is being sold because it isnt getting driven as much as the owner would like. He has a truck that he daily drives, and this car stays garaged most of the time. Been a weekend driver to the shore, and finances at this time deem the guy to sell his toy and get a cheaper one.
Mods are as follows:
Spoiler
Armrest extension
Tinted windows
Short throw
Greddy shift ****
Gauges: factory boost and Egt, Oil Pressure, and Air Fuel all mounted in a Lotek triple pillar
Injen Intake
Perrin pulleys
eibach springs
HKS BOV
M2 Uppipe
TXS stealthback with race pipe = there are currently no cats
TXS stage 2 chip = the old one that doesn't let you select maps
Also has diamond floormats in so the stock ones stay brand new
ALL STOCK PARTS INCLUDED WITH SALE.

He is asking $18.5k with everything (stock parts and mods). Only problem with the car is a couple scratches (one small in the rear bumper and one pictured below):
Scratch isnt that noticeable in person. VIN furnished upon request Car is in very nice shape, the guy doesnt really beat on it. No 7k rpm drops or anything...he thinks I drive crazy, and I drive like a blind woman with one arm, just to give you an idea. Car is strong and in good shape, its a good buy

To answer a common question Im getting as well....the car has never seen any track, road course, autox, dragstrip...nothing. Just been a weekend toy for trips to the shore.
