96-00 color question
Today I was sitting at a light, and in front of me was a silver 99-00 coupe, and a silver 96-98 sedan. They were both completely stock with old people driving, and they were two distinctly different shades of silver. What silvers came in these years?

thats what I thought too, but there were obviously different. The 96-98 was a bit darker/greyer.

there are a few variants to each stock color out there too. theres like 5 or so different variants to the classic honda "milano red". I have a buddy that owns/runs a paint shop. he mixes and paints everything. Kinda interesting to look through his color chips.

Only thing is that they have EVERY color, not just USDM, so it can be confusing.
BTW:
You probably saw the result of one of two things:
1. One was dirty and/or faded
2. One was probably wrecked and repainted and the shop did not get the exact match
