F23A1 Camshaft
Has anyone here replaced their camshafts on the F23A1? I am looking for stock duration numbers. I am also looking on opinions of Comp Cams. I am looking at getting this camshaft:
CCA-59100 Comp Cams Honda D16Z6 Camshaft VTec Intake 214 @.050", 186 @.050" Pri. Intake, 190 @.050" Sec. Intake, 210 @.050" Exhaust
What do u all think?

from what i've gathered there aren't any performance cams available for the f23a1. I think you're only option is to get a regrind done. I'm not sure about the specifics of cams, so i can't help you out there.
