Default I need some engine flushing ideas.....

My block where the water runs through is clogged. What can I use to flush it out??? I have been recommended to use SeaFoam...but I need some other ideas as I have heard good and bad things about it.

Anything helps!!

Use seafoam I just did my h22 and my freinds car. !/3 brake booster,1/3 in gas tank,1/3 in oil. Just be ready to see a lot of smoke when you add it to brake booster if you do it.

1/3 in brake booster....?? Gas and oil? The clog is where the water is supposed to run through. The radiator is brand new and functions fine. Water pump is brand new. Water just isn't getting through the block. How would running that through the gas/brakes/oil fix the water clog problem??
