the title just led me to believe this was over alot more than $450. he should have said should i buy this car.
in NH if your car is over 10yrs old you don't need a title and you don't need insurance either so long as you own your car.

I want to put an H22 with jackson racing supercharger, lower it, 16" rota circut eights, jdm 1 piece headlights, carbon fiber hood. it wont be that fast cause of the weight but itll be clean. itll be more than a daily driver but ill still drive it everyday
cause somethng could go wrong which will cost me more money but the only things wrong are the speedometer sensor, cv joints and axels but thats an easy fix. pluss it really needs 2 be cleaned

if your going to go all out with the h22 + JR why not get it?? youre going to remove the engine + tranny anyway, so its like practically buying a shell for a project.
if 450 is a tight budget for ya... h22 +jr will be a long way to go...
and those rotas/hood/headlights will be worth more than the car already...
just something to think about.
