you need to figure out what type of turbo will suit your hp needs. a t3t4 is a good size turbo... but depending on your setup, you will have to figure out what specifications you want.

with that much psi, you will want to get a Hondata setup. good fuel management and tuning is the key!

Im running 14.5 psi(1 bar) daily on my Stock Ls, It is tuned conservatively however. You should base your goals/limits with hp, not boost. Remmeber you can make different power #'s with different psi, due to bigger vs smaller turbo's, and exhuast sizing, ect.... The smaller turbo will take more psi to make the same #'s as lets say a bigger turbo would so kepe that in mind.

As far as your goals, you'll need bigger injectors, An ems, hondata, aem, uberdata ect.... as far as fuel management is concerned.
