Was there a european or JDM ITR in 1995? Were they OBD-1?

There wasnt a 95 but the 96s were released in August of 95. If you all dont beleive me buy the Best Motor Type R legends dvd .

 

The ITR was produced in japan from late 1995 and was only called the 96Spec after they started making the 98Spec, so 96Spec applies basically to all 4 lug JDM ITRs regardless of year.

 

But he asked about a EUROPEAN ITR NOT JAP......

(Altho his title says different )

 

He actually asked if there was a european or JDM ITR in 1995? and the answer is YES there was a JDM ITR in 1995....and it is referrred to as a 96Spec purely to differentiate it from the 98Spec. And it uses a OBD2 plug lay out on the ECU but from what i have read the programming is OBD1.
