1. new dealer installed drivetrain (clutch, flywheel, and limited slip differential) all replaced according to Factory TSB at 32000 miles.
means they performed the factory recalls for the for tranny, there was a buzzing clutch TSB and they must have fixed that.
2. Debadged and rebadged with custom "Rick's Badges".
a cool custom badge made by a guy named Rick on s2ki.com
it just has the S symbol with the color of the car.

3. Poineer 4-way Speakers so you can listen to your music with the top down.
Means they have installed headrest speakers
THESE are all GOOD things.

The guy is asking 19K for a 2001 with 35Kmiles... But the car has had the front bumper replaced and some possible frame damage that was straightened out...

IMO, I would never buy any vehicle with any amount of frame damage. The car will never be the same, even if it was "corrected". Good look

for daily driving, yes as the area repaired will be weaker than before, but on a race car, I would repair the section only once depending on the condition and if another collision takes place in the same spot, I'd scrap the car.

Dont do it just like brain said you could find one same price with no damage. And dont get as s2000 with damage cuz you never know how far the damage went.

I don't post in this particular forum often, primarily because I don't own an S2000, but I've got to agree with all these individuals with regards to buying a non-perfect used car, especially a sports car... Don't do it!!!
As a national-level autocrosser, I've been using the same Civic for 11 years, and although it has been raced for 10 of those 11 years, I have been fanatical about maintenance and upkeep... So much so that the car looks and drives less than half its age.
But if the day comes along that I could buy a vehicle such as an S2000, an Evo, Z06, etc. I'd either save for a new one, or search the NATION for the proverbial "old lady owned" car.
I've seen abuse, and it isn't pretty.
