Default angle mount exhaust question

i just wanted to know if anybody had the Apexi NA N1 catback, just wanted to know how angled it was. also, if i wanted to angle mount an exhaust, would i have to go like stock over the rear lower control arm??? or could i just go under it and have major ground clearance issues?

i have the N1 on my eg. with sportlines (1.8" drop) it would scrap on dips. now with g/c approx. 2" drop, it barely bottom out.

did you get the cat back or just the muffler and get custom piping? do you think you can get a good angle by going over the control arm??

the only way to get a decent angle is to go under tank pipe work..

you can get a good angle by going over the rear conrtol arm, but then theres no point in getting a decent mandrel bent system is there? think of the extra bents and twists the pipe has to do to get that angle..

my 2c.

Exactly. The whole concept was originally intended to reduce bends, not require additional ones.

I ditched my N1 tired of hearing it draggin on the ground. I opted for the RSR GTII IMO way better than the N1. everyone told me there would be clearance issues with the exhaust but i havent scratched it yet. and the car even had a 20 mile tow home and the exhaust was still perfect
