The best sleeper set up is. Some comfortable cover. A nice and fluffy pillow and some nice and purty pajamas.

Hmmm get a good suspension set up. Doesn't really have to be stock hieght though. And I think the K20A(not sure but the rsx type S one) motor 2 100 shot NOS bottles get some electronics. But have them well hidden in your car and have some stock wheels on, doesn't have to be the stock steelies either. Then the list goes..... But like you said money aint a thang so you can get even move stuff done.

A beat-up exterior and debadged on a Buick GN with a couple of engine mods. Preferably the body has some rust spots, primer, etc.

If 'money ain't a thang' why not a K20A? You can proudly show that modding a Honda is like a coke habit, too much for too little.

For a sleeper setup, i would keep it simple and reliable.
Engine: since we're talking all motor... H22A
basic bolt-ons
keep it quiet, maybe apexi WS exhaust painted flat black
oem SI wheels w/ some sticky tires
Koni yellows w/ GC coilovers set at a reasonable level (not slammed)
GSR brakes all around
stock interior, stock exterior, DX badging

nice and clean, no one said a sleeper has to be ugly...after all, you have to drive this thing around. Driven well, some tasteful weight reduction, should be able to hit high 12's all day long

I've seen many EG hatches at the track, with bone stock prelude vtec swaps running consistent 12.8's w/ slicks. bone stock as in no headers, stock air box, it's definitely doable.

Never wash your car and have ratty interior. Put on some cheap pepboy chrome peices. Get some really fucked up aftermarket rims from the junk yard. Have really loud rap music playing through blown speakers and talk alot of ****. You'll clean up with the right motor

Buy a EK from a granny and throw a fully built for turbo B20/VTEC engine in there and no intercooler (or a painted black one). No gauges, no nothing.

I remember a guy last year posted pics of his 4 door and everyone was shocked to hell when he showed pics of his engine. He was still rolling on steeliers.

Opps just read you wanted to go all motor. Fully Built B20/VTEC, youll have high *** top end.

pretty hard to believe but i guess its definately do-able, but regardless; he wouldnt be running 12's all day on the street.

It says ur from inglewood?? i live in Inglewood and with all them baller cars, and imports flossed out. Any real type of import with a suspension and motor is a sleeper in our part of L.A. because few know bout real tuner cars. And the few that think they do have rice, and crap on there cars. So im sure with a swap and some nice wheels, and suspension and good products, u could suprise alot of people.
