Well, honestly, even though it is a VERY NICE looking car, you're not going to get much at all.
What's the going rate of a 1995 LS with 140K miles? Check http://www.kbb.com and maybe add a TINY bit more since the motor has less. (By "tiny" I mean like $100). That's about what it's going to be. The only aftermarket thing that MIGHT get you something will be your 98+ front end.
FYI: What are GSR door panels? They're the same. You mean of a newer year?
Now this will be the price if it's a private sale. Going to a dealer for a trade in, well you're out of luck. Take the KBB value of a 1995 LS with 140K miles and subtract a lot of money for all the aftermarket stuff they're not going to care about.
Wow....I just read what I wrote and it's pretty depressing. I apologize, I'm just in a bummed mood. Modding cars is a waste of money.

He's kinda right, I bought my car for $7k, and i have poured soooo much more into it. I mean, it is probally the nicest gsr around my town, but then again, its still a 97 integra, ya kno? This doesn't mean that I'm gonna stop modding my car, but thats ALL that I work for, is my car.

Your car is pretty much done with the exterior part. Looks really clean the way it is. Nice paint too. I suggest you keep the car that's what I would do.
