No, its not the first Tank.. Tank 2.0 is up for sale, yes, the Accord.. 1994 Accord LX Racecar, with title and could be streat legal quite easily.. Revalved Koni's, K1's, Autopower cage, Kirkey Seat.. Motor is pretty much stock with 215+k miles on it, tranny recently rebuilt.. Great car for H4....

Warren ran some consistant 1:31's at summit with it last fall, mind you, only thing on the motor is an Intake and 8lb Flywheel, and ran on my old Toyos @ 2750lbs with driver, can easily loose 100+ more lbs (still has all windows and motors for outside storage)...

Looking for around 3500$ for the car.. Its quick, its fun, and I swear it handles better than my lude.. If you want to race CHEAP this is the car, because they built like 20million accords from 1990-1997...

Ok... so I locked it up once or twice

The car is fun to drive and it's super easy to turn decent laps. I did 1:31 at Summit without much drama. It could be competetive in H4 with a few mods. 1:31 was without an LSD, and it was fully laden at the time.

Even if you decide not to race, it would be a great school car.

Awesome pic . T5 at Summit is everyone's friend... Not that I'm in a position to be buying another car, but does the autopower cage allow for installation of a passenger seat?

Yes, could still use the passenger seat, which I think we still have, maybe...

I don't see it listed in the '04 ITCS.

 

Another vouch for this car, it is very fast. With Morgan driving, it actually pulled away from my ITR in the uphill technical section of BeaveRun at EXPO 3. Not impressive in itself, obviously, until you consider the fact that Corey was driving my ITR at the time...

Seeing this car in my yard everyday depresses me, someone needs to race it! I know its no civic/integra, but I will promise you that this car will put a smile on your face when you drive it..

 

ill talk to my parents about maybe gettin a loan soon and maybe i could take it off ur hands. im lookin inot gettin in autoxing and roadracing. i heard that accords were pretty good in the roadracing events. so ill post if its a go. i would wanna check it out if its ok...thanx, and please dont make fun for me havin **** parents...lol

 

have you given any thoughts to renting the tank? it probably doesn't need much to be SCCA-legal and it would make a perfect school car.

At the risk of sounding nosy, did Morgan get a new HC car? Just curious is all.

BTW if you don't sell it, I would consider renting it for a weekend at summit.

Last time I saw that car I think was last year when about $2000 worth of stuff failed all at the same time on my GS-R. That was a good time

If there wern't so many legal issues about renting a car, I would be all over it guys.... Since I can't afford a lawyer, I think I'll skip that, how about you just buy it!
