Civic Type R cams

hey guys a quick question I just recieved a set of CTR cams is there any way to tell the exhaust cam from the intake cam?

The intake cam has notches for the distributor. You should probably get someone to install them for you.

yeah I have a local shop installing them for me they was a F marked on one of the cams I didn't know if that ment anything or not

One of the cams will have a grove a the end of it for the distributor to line up in. On a B series motor the distributor is always on the intake side. The nothes in the cams will help you indentify what cams they are. If you post up some pics I or i'm sure others can tell u what they are, make suer you get a shot od the end of the cams.
