thats how my sparcos are mounted right now , under my rear seats . i have a roll bar but it doesnt have a harness bar
im just lookin at my options , im tired of having sparco harnesses with recaro seats , so i want some willans.

Erm - do the Sparcos not work, or are they out of date or something? Functionally a harness is a harness... well, kind of. What I mean, however, is that the proper way to mount a Willans 5 point harness is going to be the same as for a Sparco 5 point harness. That said, I agree with .RJ - wrap them around a cage. You said you don't have a harness bar, take your car to a cage builder to see what they can do about welding one in.
The FIA doesn't require that harnesses be mounted to a cage, but it is undenaibly safer that way. If you want to learn more then do a search, it's been covered more than once before in this forum.

nobody said that.

I went to a safety symposium sponsored by SCCA at the national convention in February. They had some very impressive speakers on restraint system including Dr. Bob Hubbard (HANS inventor) and Dr. John Melvin who has to be Mr. Crash Test Dummy among others there. Dr. Melvin has done tons of research on proper mounting of racing harnesses and seat design, etc. I had the fortune of speaking with Dr. Melvin at the end of the symposium. He strongly discourages mounting seat belts down at the rear seat anchors or in that same area. It is the wrong angle and can subject your spine to compression. I had a set of harnesses I was going to put in that way and did not based on what he said. Funny thing is Carl Schroth was also there and spoke against the belts going back down past a certain angle (can't find his literature at the moment for the quote). Interesting thing is that "clubman" four point harness he sells that a lot of BMWCCA DE people use violates his own recommendations. I have ridden in the passenger seat of one or two bimmers with the set up and the damn things ride up on you. Dr. Melvin told me don't wear the clubman harness and suggest using the regular seat belt system. So yeah, without a harness bar or roll cage, don't do it.
