So guys... I have a 96 accord ex. I have a cold air intake for it, but the pipe has no nipples on it for any vacuum lines to plug onto. I was woundering how this might effect my VTEC? Any input would be appreciated thanks!

Not going to do anything to the VTEC.....it will cause a vacum leak more than anything.
