Moroso pics: Warning large files

I just got back last night- Here is a few to wet your appetites….Not all Honda but its all racing (Except for the wildlife but I couldn’t resist it).
Great event BTW…Good job all at NHRA

Thanks, I'll never complain about the mosquitos at the Houston race again after seeing what lives in the pits at Moroso

I actually nearly tripped over an alligator at this event last year so I was a little more careful this time...

The 'gator in the pic was only about 4-5 feet long....The staff at the track told me there is a twelve-footer in the same pond

Thats big enough to loose some limbs! ....how close you ask....about 15 feet from the staging lanes

He seemed to be content in his little stream....guess none of us looked too appetizing, thank heavens!

I got some great shots of the Gators.. i was about 3 feet away. They posted dont feed the gators but they wouldnt come up close unless you have some chicken or steack that i feed =X . pics will be posted soon

Its not the camera that makes a good shot it's the photographer. This guy does a good job. It something that I know alittle about. Its what i do for a day job. I use a D1x and a d100. Are you going to go to the NDRA race? I'm going to go and shot for a change. That is if it doesn't rain

Yes I will be in Virginia and Etown. I am travelling to every NHRA and NDRA event this year. (Driving) Its wearing out my car but I like to be a tourist and see the country and I hate flying...Next year an RV is looking like the best option....Mobile photo lab and office. Introduce yourself if you are shooting at Etown. Always like to swap notes with other shooters...
