it easiest to get to if you take off the panel on the outside of the dash where the door hits it. should be two plastics screws and then you just yank it off (if I remember right). I have an extra main relay if you want one. I bought it when I thought I blew my relay, but I didn't.

What is the problem? I don't see many bad main relays on 96 and newer Civics.

OK, The car has plenty of spark, the battery is Good(well its bad now from trying to start so many times without getting it started) But Iv got a good one in there now. The just cranks and cranks and cranks, I have plenty of fuel pressure but it won't start. When I back off cranking it, the intank fuel pump or something in the BACK of the car starts making this clicking sound
PLease help IM tired of not driving this thing over something that seems like it should be so simple
