Default RPM 66mm throttle body sticky??

hey guys. I have a RPM 66MM throttle body and i'm not sure if that's making my throttle sticky or if it's the throttle cable or I even heard it could be the control valve?? or is there a adjustment I gotta do?

when I let go of the throttle slowly my VAFC would read that it's still giving 0.1 or 0.2 throttle. sometimes I would feel it still giving gas and sometime I don't. But if I pop the throttle off then it'll read 0% and won't stick.

Also when I give it some gas it would not respond and all of a sudden it will open up so it would jump from 0% to like 10% right away causing a rough ride.

i was thinking it might be my throttle cable because I have a itr manifold with that throttle body on my 00 civic, but i'm not sure.

i tried spraying WD40 on it and it helps the sticky when i let the gas out, but it would still jump from 0% to 10% when I step on the gas during start off.

does anyone have any idea to how I can fix this problem? I heard that it's like that just because it's a RPM or aftermarket throttle body??

cuz it's hella stupid because I can't even feather my throttle when racing because it's just a on or off type of deal

sorry for the essay but I had to explain everything

its the spring on the butterfly i have the same problem when you left off the gas the butterfly dosnt come all the way back and then when you press the gas and it goes from 0 to 10 is because of the play left in the cable from the butterfly being stuck at probley 10 try to get it warrenty

i have the same problem. I can get it to go down by pulling my gas pedal out with my foot from the back. I helped it a little bit by spraying some lubricant on the return spring

i put new tps and set it with an ohm meter to 4ohm, say IM driving down the street i start to come to a stop sign i leave the car in gear and let the rpms drop to about 900 to 800 i take the car out of gear and stop rpms will jump back up to anywhere from 1500 to 3000 and stay, ill pop the hood get out and pull the butterfly back and the rpms will go back 900 reg idle or if i shut the car off and restart it the rpms will be normal idle. Seems like it only acts up on deceleration
