not to make you feel worse, but you are making more like 160whp. the spike at the very end of the dyno graph is misleading.

what is your timing set to on the distributor and camgears?
have you recently replaced your spark plugs and wires, dizzy cap and rotor?
are you still running a stock cat? it might be partially clogged - you can try taking it off and just see real quick how it feels. it will be loud though

i hope you find the problem and fix because you should be getting much better numbers then that. maybe try a different tuner???

You deserve better numbers than that after all the money you put into your engine. Hope you find out what is wrong.

just a shot in the dark, but if you have a stock cat, it could be clogged and causing you to be holding back

Run a straight pipe or get a carsound 2.5" cat.

Get rid of the header, buy something that fits to your setup better. You need something thats geared towards top end with those huge cams. You should look into spending a good amount on your header, its very important in a setup such as yours.

Check your compression and do a leakdown test. There has to be something going on here. Your setup should easily make over 190whp tuned well.

How high are you revving with those cams? Those are big time top end camshafts. You should be revving the **** out of that car. Im not sure of where the redline should be but from what I understand its around 9rpms (someone correct me and find out where they make power till).

You seem to be straving of headwork. Open up that head with some headwork, it'll do wonders.

Finally, goodluck and keep us updated. I'd hate to see a setup like yours go to waste.

Post this up on team-integra so MD can take a look at the dyno plot. He will give you great advice. Or potentially in the all motor forum here on H-T, so you can get the best advice possible.

The 17s will take anywhere from 4-7 hp from your dyno run, depending on how heavy they are.

hey man, we'll get your car figured out.. go hit up Tyson to get the cat removed..
i need to look at your a/f ratio on your actual charts tomorrow.. take them to work with you..
looking at the chart, the've got you set at low 14:1's high 13:1's.. i almost wish i could have been with u in seattle to tune your motor..

That car should be over 200's with the setup...assuming you ditch that **** header and get a cat.

I had a less beastly setup (stage 1's/stock compression) and nearly hit 190. It wasnt even done getting tuned....

Id be worried about the compression...how does the car sound, and how high are you revving it?

Id say that you need to work on the header/cat and also you need to raise compression, those cams have too much overlap to be running them with stock CR.

17's hurt you........not to make you feel bad, but i dont even have half the mods on my 94 gsr, and i got 167whp and 132lbs of torque...your power curve looks real smooth though! One question, what ecu program were you using? who chipped your ecu?

i chipped his ecu, he then had it fine tuned with vafc.

i'm hoping he will get rid of that cat soon.. i really think its plugged.. and yeah i told him to get a better header too.. at least a DC jdm 4-1.. if not something better (think smsp style)

he's running usdm pr3 pistons .25mm oversize
i need to do a compression check on his motor as soon as i'm completely moved to my new place.

i scanned a couple of his charts in to you guys could look at it better.

what i really find interesting is this:
my initial chip gave him around 12.5:1 a/f .. the dyno shop took -15% fuel out to get the gains.. this is what makes me think the cat is plugged. taking that much fuel out to get about 14:1 a/f ratio should actually loose power.

I remember a post a while back somebody had a clogged cat and they were compainning why that got 90hp on the dyno. Sounds like a good place to start and definetly think about picking up a new header atleast 2.5in.
