Default New spring rates..

Well ive autocrossed my 97' civic hatch for about a season and half now. I've been running off the shelf ground controls with tokico illuminas, a suspension techniques front sway bar, and stock SI rear sway bar.

Now my question is, would 300f 350r be kosher with my dampers. I want to upgrade the rates to help balance out the car ,but still want to keep a relatively comfortable ride because i drive the car everyday and some miami streets are not too good. Or would the addition of a 21mm comptech rear sway bar be a better choice?

I'm hoping to nab the top position in STS as I am now placing in the top 3. All of this on all season 185 tires . I've upgraded the wheels and tires, and was thinking about the next step.
Thanks for the help guys..

I think competition tires will make the biggest difference. Then an alignment since you've changed the suspension so much.

You can pick up different springs pretty cheaply and usually sell off the old springs for what you paid for new ones, so why not give it a try? Big rear swaybar will help too.

your "ots" ground controls are probably already around 400/300.

if you've already gone to 205 azenis on a quality 15x7 wheel, then your next step should be the rear swaybar. after that, look into better shocks. a set of koni's with the gc upper strut mounts would be a hefty improvement over the tokico's.
