all i can find right now for you is this https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=819615
there is a template here that i saw once but i never used it... i just measured the inner lenght and width and cut based on that..... cut it small at first (inside the line you draw and trim to fit-- because if you cut just a hair too big you are kinda screwed -- good luck

I didnt use a template and it was my first time doing it. They are not perfect, but I am happy. All I did was use the pic in the other thread that I stole from Patrick (Thanks
) and brought out the measuring tape. Took me about 5 hours total in the hot *** sun with a drill and a metal file.
dam dude 5 hours i used a dremel and it took me 30 min to do both sides. I have the JDM fenders for my car but havent put them on till i paint the whole car. I got a piece of paper traced the location and the shape of it and just transfered that to the fenders on my car.

USDM cars didn't get them (not required here), but I think they are a good safety feature to have. I used to have imitation clear OEM sidemarkers, and they fit horrible, and they looked pretty bad too, as I had painted them orange because I didn't want to shell out the money for OEM. Later I got OEM Stanley ones and they fit 100% better.
What I did was draw my template in AutoCAD and printed it out, so I could make sure it would be the exact size. Then I measured and taped the template to the BACK of the fender (took fenders off, actually one of them was one of my black ones that I had not installed yet), and then I used a knife to cut along the lines of the template, which scored lines into the metal on the inside of the fender. I did this because on my old fenders, I had drawn the pattern on the outside, and then used my metal nibbler from the inside of the fender so that it poked out to the outside, so I could follow the pattern. You kinda have to know how the metal nibbler works to understand this, but it was pulling the metal pieces back towards the inside, and pulling some paint off with it. So this time I wanted to use the metal nibbler on the outside, and stick it thru to the inside of the fender, so the metal piece would be pulled back towards the outside. To do that I had to have the pattern on the inside of the fender.
Here's the template, it's for an EG to correctly place the sidemarker on the fender, but the hole itself is the same for DC's:

Here's the placement for DC's:

Sidemarkers are indeed required here in the US, but on nearly every Honda for the USDM, they are found in the corner lamps or bumper lenses.

Cars here are required to have turn signals and reflectors on the front corners of the vehicle. European, Australian and Japanese cars are required to have turn signals on the front fenders behind the front wheels.

Yea i did them on my buddies teg, came out clean. We used Saab 900se sidemarkers, dimensions for cuts were identical of the g2ic thread. Used a dremel, took about 30 min for each side carefully cutting double checking everything every 5 min.
Looks solid, cept the saab marker lights seem to be brighter then the jdms, bigger bulbs.

That turn signal on the sides of the front and rear corners is the side marker light required by Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108. There isn't a reason for the corner lights Jap cars come with over here; all the new VWs and BMWs prove that you can leave the sidemarker on the fender and still meet the regulation. All you need is a reflector on the front and rear of the vehicle, the sidemarker can be anywhere ahead of or behind the doors...
Think about it; a turn signal on the side of the car. Sidemarker.
Heres the study the regulation stems from:

heres a pic of the jdm sidemarkers installed from the factory. i think its easier to just align them this way than to measure from the crease in the fender.
i know it doesnt look like it in the pic, but the front of the sidemarker really is 90 degrees up from where the crease meets the wheel well. hth

umm USDM BMW's and VW's have turn signals on the front corners, which are required, in addition to the side markers on the fenders.

I hate people like that...they won't do something just because everyone else does something. So I have a question for you...why do you have an integra? Everybody and their mom has one. I think people should do things because they want or like doing whatever...
I actually really like the side markers, and say go for it!
