Default What should my fuel pressure be with my mods?

I just ordered a B&M fuel press. gauge and I already have the B&M regulator installed on my car.
I'm hoping I might have similar mods to someone on this forum, I am running a D16a6/Web camshaft/ Ported and milled head/ p29 pistons/ CAI/ Header/ 2.25 cat back/ and NGK Iridium plugs. Stock ECU. My Helms manual says my stock fuel pressure should be 36-37psi with the vacuum hose disconnected. With my mods, I know my fuel pressure should be a little more than that.
What would be a good setting for my fuel pressure appropriate to my mods? Thank you for those who help
