well......
1. what type of car do you have?
2. what type of performance do you desire?
3. what is you driving style?
4. what do you use your car for? a daily driver needs softer springs than a strict track car.
5. how much do you want to pay?
I've looked at all the different springs and I still don't know. It all depends on your driving style and what you are using the car for. Most track drivers that I know of will go through 3 or 4 sets of springs before they find the ones they like.
I know this isn't a real answer...sorry

At our shop we carry most brands you mentioned but the one that we always sell are Ground controls. I also have ground controls on my car and they ride the best unless you are looking for a complete coil over system kit like apex N-1, the best system all around!
it is better to go with a full suspension kit if you have the money. the parts were all designed to work together and they all fit perfectly. no matter what anyone says full coiled suspension is better than coil sleeved suspension. you can feel it in turns.
