Default sportlines w/tokico blues

i have had this setup on my 00 Si for quite some time now, and there has always been creaking. So i have finally decided to go back and fix some things. Does anyone know if youre supposed to cut the bumpstops on these shocks? Also, i reused the rubber tophat from my stock shock, so should i install the new one that comes with the shock? i think that could be the reason for the creaks. Maybe i over tightened the bolt on the strut?

im sorry i cant answer your question but heres a bump for ya

the manual that came with my sportlines says to cut the bumpstop 35mm front and backs. how do you like the combo other than the obvious creaking?

I have had my setup for a considerable amount of time, about 9 months to a year. Thus far i havent had any problems with them, but they could be stiffer. I drive the car a lot, so i just wanted something nonadjustable.
