Default Ok, here it is boys!?!?!?

I just recently posted that I am thinking about buying a wings west body kit, but now I'm thinking of getting a ZC engine. Now the question is, is the ZC worth it? I mean it's going for a great price, and it's definately better than my monster 1.5 lol. But honestly I like to drive my car to simply drive my car, so the extra hp would be much appreciated. But a body kit would add much needed looks to my 91 hatch. So what do you guys think of my situation? BTW is a ZC easily modded?

Zc is sort of a pain bro from what I heard not really easy to swap over parts

that is why I just went to a real motor (B series)

sorry ZC guys didn't mean to hurt ur feelings

and well I would either get a d series vtec or just the booty kit

LoL

WW kit I meant

I don't know what the big mystery about the ZC is. What do people find so hard about it. Is bolt it in with stock mounts too hard. Is using parts from more than one engine too hard for people to remember. There are thousands of threads with info of what parts you can use. Not that hard people...

How can someone even compare the complexity of the ZC swap with a b-series swap.. the ZC is much easier. Nice alternative to the d16a6 and it's properly works in an EF with little effort (two ******' wires). it is WAY more work/money to put in a b-series motor into an EF. with an Si tranny and stock ZC engine it's easy to keep up with stock Si 5th gens - and that ain't bad.

If your not looking to be top dog of the neighbourhood - then i say go with the ZC and drive it till ya break it!

Now I presently only have dpfi so I would have to do the mpfi conversion when I install the motor, so it would be a little more work right?

I got my ZC shipped to my door for 700, spent 100 on tune up, belt, plugs, wires, cap/rotor, some oil and coolant and bam. So 800, compared to at least 1200 for a b16 complete....not including mounts, axles, linkage etc...

Weather your all show and very little go, to me my saying is that it doesnt matter how good it looks if it doesnt go,because none will get to see it riding around town.So what i mean is go for motor swap and then worry about looks. But of course I'm kinda getting sick of body kitz so i have learned to appreciate oem looks(no not jdm just clean oem)
