Falken 512's vs hankook HRII H405
I have 512's on my car and my girl's car. They are by far the quietest tires i've ever driven on. Grips awesome in wet and dry conditions. Slight sidewall flex, less than my old goodyear tires.
The Falken 512's really are good all season tires. I can tear through the snow pretty quickly with them. They aren't too noisy and they last a decent amount of time. Sure there's a bit of sidewall flexing but they aren't designed to be purely dry/wet grip like yoko es100's or falken azenis. Got a set of four 205/50/15 for about $300 mounted.
If it means anything my dad said they were rated the highest by Consumer Reports as an all-season tire. That man lives and dies by what that magazine says.

I suspect that my idea of good and consumer report's idea of good is slightly different. But ordered my h405's today since my current ones are really bald. So hopefully they are decent enough
