Default Wiring problems with my Y7 Harness for a B16A2 w/ OBD1 Computer

I have a 96 EK hatchback non Vtec...and I swapped in a B16A2 using a Skunk2 OBD2-OBD1 Conversion harness plugging into a P30.

the Vtec and the Knock Sensor is all connected up but now i am having problems with the Idle Air Control Sensor. The Y7 Harness has 3 wires

an Orange (Ground), Yellow / Black (Positive), Blue / Black (positive)

and the B16A2 requres a 2 wires. But i dont know which wires to use..I tried both and it seemed like it doesnt work? is there any other possiblities to check? Besides trying to purchase a new sensor?

I knwo u have to use ORANGE for sure..but which one from that do i use?
