Default To anyone with the Auto Meter a/f guage...

During idle and while I am driving...the a/f guage reads on the rich side. WOT, it stays on the rich side also, seems like it doesn't move...so what I was wondering was, is that normal? Maybe I wired it wrong? Let me know, thanks in advance.

no, you have it wired wrong, if it is installed correctly, it will bouce back and forth non stop.

I followed these directions... http://www.hondaracing.ca/installs/airfuel/index.htm
I'm pretty sure I spliced into the thick white wire since I doubled check before I did any splicing. Do you think I have a bad ground? Thanks

When you car is warming up it should be rich, and at WOT it should be rich. But once your car is warmed up and happy it should bounce back and forth if you stay at a constant speed.

You definitely have the gauge wired incorrectly. Like everyone else says, it's suppose to bounce back and forth and should only be in the green for WOT and warming up. It sounds like you tapped the wrong wire going into you ECU. If I recall correctly, there are actually two solid white wires that go to the ECU. At least mine did (97 Civic EX). The gauge reads voltage coming from your O2 sensor and interprets that to a rich/lean measurement and apparently, it's reading an incorrect voltage. Double check and make sure you have the correct white wire.

I tapped it to the correct wire...it's just that the t-tap I used didn't make a good connection. It is fixed now, thanks for all your help.
