Place for frequent Tire mounting in SoCal
Does anyone know of a place around LA/SFV, or even OC, that I can get track tires mounted and balanced that is cheaper than average? Doing track days you have to do this more frequently.
I have a set of R compund that I want to have mounted, and they're not going to last that long. Also, occasionally I need to flip Azenis b/c of too much outer wear, so I do this frequently. Right now the cheapest place I have is $10 per tire for M&B. Any other places out there? TIA

Tucker Tire in Laguna Niguel is good....for $20 cash you can usually get all four mounted and balanced, plus your old tires dismounted and discarded. Also best street tire prices in South OC.

holy crap, something cheaper in CA than NJ. You can't get dismount, mount, balance here for less than $50.

Is it safe to flip azenis since they are assymmetrical and the sidewalls are marked with what side they are supposed to be facing? If so, I need to do it because the outside edges of my azenis are also heavily worn from track use.

That's right around the corner from where I am in Glendale. Thanks
As far as flipping Azenis, I've done it before for track use which allowed me to get more out of them. Since you can actually rotate them to any position on the car, the thread pattern is the same and the only thing that changes is the inner groove, which is for the rain. That's why I believe they have the "outside" marking. There was an old post about that on this forum, probably can be found in the archives.
