I bet that Skunk2 chip in the ECU has something to do with it. It's fuel maps are probably designed to run ridiculously rich.

Are you throwing any kind of CEL?

With a chip, throttle bodie and pressure regulater of course you will burn more gas. Now that you have more air and fuel dumping in and more exhaust dumping out, you need more spark to set the whole thing off. go get bigger wires, better plugs and an external coil and see what happens.

okay heres what I found out. did a close up examaning the wires and everything, it was fine but check spark plug and realized that it turned really dark at the bottom tip however these are cheap bosch spark plug that I put in new about two weeks ago, did it turn dark because it was cheap or something with the motor???also what kind of spark plug and wires should I get, my wires are shitty too??

That chip is running you hella rich. Skunk2 designs its products with a high air intake in mind (think larger TB/Intake w/ Sk2 IM). Get rid of the chip to lean it out to normal.

My belief is you'll have to tune it, and run the right fuel maps or you'll keep running rich which isn't a good thing.

Get your car tuned. I am assuming the standard chip was reset when you reinstalled it since it was out. But you may have to adjust your cams to the new map.
