A few weeks ago I installed a new header. Last weekend CEL # 41 started. I figured I must not have snapped the connector in securely. I take a look and noticed the wires actually came out of the female connector. I have a Helms, but I still can't figure out. Could someone please veritfy? Thanks

what is code 41 again? If it's the o2 heater code make sure the connector didn't come out.

 

That's what I thought at first, but the actual wires came out of the connector itself. I reconnected them back into the connector as shown in the pic, but I cannot tell if it's correct.

-the green wire should be @ the upper ground wire

-the white wire should be @ the green wire

-the black wire should be @ the white wire.

 

I rewired it exactly how you stated and it worked fine...no cel. I also realized the the wiring is exactly the same as the secondary sensor. I could have use this as a reference. Thanks for your help.
