98 Gsr swap in 00 Ls...please help!

98 Gsr swap in 00 Ls...please help!
i just put a 98 Gsr swap in my 00 Ls...i'm running 99-00 Si ecu(P2T)...
Vtec press/sel are wired...wired knock sensor..both to right pins...when i start the car(using P2T-99-00 Si ecu)...the car runs for a second and stalls...if i hit gas to try and keep it running...it bogs and stalls...if i put my stock Ecu back in(00 LS ecu) the car runs and drives perfectly fine...
is there anything more i have to wire besides Vtec press/sel and knock sensor?
please help!
