Do you want to lose any low end torque? If not, Honed manifold, otherwise you will see a low end difference as much as a high end difference w/a Skunk2. I doubt I spawned all this talk about Intake Manifolds, but like I told a couple other people - I will be putting on my extrude honed intake manifold and b&M fuel pressure regulator sometime in the next couple weeks and post full results (hopefully I'll find time...it seems I have more time at work to do this than I do at home).

I seriously doubt you are gonna lose torque. I don't know where everybody is deriving this from... Go Skunk. I have a graph of my gains , I didn' t lose torque anywhere. I made incredible gains in the midrange with that part. Its one of the best you can do for your car, especially since you have toda b's.

with the high lift cams & higher compression I would go with the skunk2 mani - properly tuned you prob won't lose much low end torque. BTW - I am one that said you CAN lose valuable torque bolting on a Skunk2 mani - (in this case: to a relatively stock B18c1 engine w/stock cams & compression, without proper tuning) In this case I think the skunk2 could be very beneficial

I already have the skunk mani, but haven't got it on yet. I was actually thinking about getting it extrude honed, but not sure if I would need any thing else to go with it. I mean you would get alot more air into the engine so you would need more fuel right. I just ordered the B&M fuel pressure reg. w/ gauge. Do you think this would help if I was to do this???

extrude honing would help, it would smooth out the roughness on the inside. I'm not sure the gains would justify the cost to do this. extrude honing is expensive. you might need a fpr, but you should probably get a vafc that would be a more valuable tuning tool for you.
