Default b18b Timing, Please HELP!

Alright Im by far not an engine tuner but would really appreciate your guys help with my timing. I have a b18b, all motor set up. Fully built head, with crower 403s, springs and retianers, ported and polished. My question is what would be the best timing in my situation? I have a full exhaust with an itr header. As of right now my car is running terrible. I could be more unhappy with it. I have the str cam gears to adjust the cams as well. Im not really a do it your self kinda guy but im taking my car to a tech at a local dealer that my brother knows...I was just curious if you guys could give me the optimal settings so I could tell him where and what i want! Thank you for all your help. Have a good one, matt

The only way to really reach optimum settings is to take the car to a dyno. I mean, unless you can find someone on here with the exact same set up. Or maybe contact crower to see what they recommend? hth

Keep the cam gears at 0,0

Try setting ignition timming between 14 - 18 BTDC (stock ranges) and see what ever feels best for the idle.

Its running like crap because it hasn't been tuned, and you are probably running overly rich at idle.
