i ordered a set of sprint lowering springs and it has two progressive springs that have big and small coils. then there are two springs that all the coils are the same. what i was wondering is which one go up front and which ones in the rear? i have been told that the progressive one go in the front by one import shop in my area then i have been told that they go in the back by another. so if anyone can clear this up for me thanks

usually the spring manufactuer puts a "f" or a "r" on the spring to let you know

 

the ones that are fatter go in the front and the skinny ones go on rear, also the rear ones have the top part of the spring with the coils closer and as it goes down the spread out more. if they are all the same, it does not matter.
