Sounds like either a plug is loose on the fan motor or time to get a new one.

you dont have AC in your car? or your AC isnt working?

If you do have AC and its just not working start at the source, the compressor - make sure it is engaging when you turn your AC on. If that works touch each of the lines, the line coming out of the compressor should be hot, then it will go through your condenser that line should be warm, then it will go up to the firewall and into some sort of metering device (TXV, H valve not sure what ur car uses) then there should be a line coming out of the firewall also, that line should be cold. If all this checks ok then check power and ground to your blower motor, and the cables on your control panel.

If you dont have AC and air is not coming out of the vents then who the **** cares!
