Energy Susoension?
What is involved in instaling the complete kit on my 94 RS. I hear it is like 24 hours of labor to get them all on. Will it improve My ride and handling? Is it worth it?
pain in your *** no doubt.
a lot of the bushings are tough to get to, and are a pain to remove. if your car is older and has seen a lot of salt/snow/rain you may have some stuck/rusted bolts to contend with which makes th etask take longer, and adds a lot of cost to the chore.. some bolts are $8 from a dealer.. yah $8 each, OUCH
.
it will definitely improve the handling of your car.
especially on an older teg like yours (and mine!).
its worth it, but it takes a bit of patience and commitment to get the job done from start to finish.

I agree, its a great mod but a pain in the a$$ to do, it tok me three straight days to do the install, with out a busing press
next time im either gona take it to someone else to do it or get a bushing press to help me do it
but yea, it deffinatly does stiffen up the car and the stearing feel, definatly worth it in the end

One of the front control arm bushings was bad on my Integ so I bought all the most crucial polyurethane bushings for the front end. Let me tell you, it was a HUGE pain in the *** to do! Was it worth it? I think so, but then again one of my stock bushings was completely thrashed.
If I had it to do over again I would ask around to see what a shop might charge to do the labor. Either that or take the suspension components off the car and have the old bushings pressed out and the new pressed in. That was the big kicker for me, not having a press.
