shocks for H&R RACE springs
i have a 99' 4 door ACCORD sedan sittin on 18" racing hart C-4s. I lowered my car with H&R race springs 2'2 front 1.75 rear and the ride is very bouncy. What kind of shocks do i need for a person thats on a budget. And does installation have anything to do with the bouncy ride? My rear springs make a clunk or sqeek sound when i go over pot holes. I believe the person that installed it didnt do a good job. thnx for the help people.

First Of All, What Kind Of Dampers Are You Currently Running? The Bouncy Ride Is Probably Due To Low Quality Struts.

No, you've blown your stock struts. Very common, easy thing to do after lowering a car. Stock struts weren't meant to take the twitchy ride that lowering springs provide.

H&R Race springs are made to be stiffer than most for that "racing feel".
If you buy aftermarket struts, you should feel the difference. Do some research. Look in the classifieds here or go on Ebay and see if you can find a cheap pair.

I'd recommend adjustable shocks.
Tokico Illuminas
Koni Yellows
...but way over priced.

Warranty will be void due to his car lower than 1.5". And Tokico blues are a bit better than stock shocks. KYB GR2 are stock replacements. Personnally I'd wounldn't use KYB. Koni and Tokico only in my book.
I've had Tokico's on all my Hondas. Never a probelm with 3 cars in 7 years.
