i have a 92 honda civic hatch. i talked to a tech at honda and he was telling me how to set the idle. unplug the ica and adjust i idle then plug in the ica then upplug the tps. i think this is how it went but it did work. pretty i didnt understand him well. i switch the throttle body 3 times and still have the same problem. its happened since i rebuilt the engine. i idles to low and if u run it hard then place in park it wines. sometimes it will stop and idle a little higher but most the time i have to give it a little more gas to correct. please help
