fuel problem help please

i just rebuilt my sohc vtec and cylnder #4 is not getting fuel. I checked a few things like ecu, wiring, injectors. I dont know what else to check so i need some help please. Thank you

did you try swappin injectors around? like 4->1 and 1->4?

how do you know its not getting any fuel ?

I pulled all the spark plugs and #4 has spark but dose not smell like any fuel but 1 through 3 do and have carbon on them.
