what are msd pills i was thinking about getting a msd 6al with cap and coil but first is the pill when the inginte of the msd happen like it starts and hads more spark and how long does it last?sorry if i dont make sense

If you're asking what the MSD pills are for. They are different resistors used to control RPM based activated MSD devices.

On the 6AL they are used to control a rev limiter.

 

ok thanks so when does the whole system start up then when does it give better spark?

 

If it's installed correctly, it starts working immediatly once the ignition switch is on the start position. You may/may not notice a difference on a stock engine. If you have the rev limiter set w/ a pill though you can check that thats working be seeing if it limits the engine at all.

 

it will be on a b18c5 not stock engine!
