Default Clutch problems need help

I had an Exedy clutch installed about one year ago by what I know now as an incompitent mechanic(long story). I took my time breaking the clutch in before stepping on it. The clutch has been great until about a week ago when I noticed the rpms going up with no acceleration. Once I drive around for awhile it grabs fine but before the car is warm it slips. Any ideas on what I should do?

It may be time for a new clutch. I would go with either ACT or Clutchmaster this time. I have an ACT clutch and damn does it grab my gears better. A whole lot better than my stock one anyhow
