Default N/a engine noe but turbo later...Need help building and deciding...

I have a b16a jdm engine in a 94 civic ex and i want to re-build the engine. i was thinking a 10:1 Arias piston and h-beam eagle rod would do the trick for both applications. See what i want to do is rebuild the engine now for non-turbo with the whole bottom end and most of the top without the turbo cams, maybe some itr/ctr cams. then later seeing that its aready buit to just put the turbo on a tune it, is this possible and what would you guys advise

N/A and F/I do not mix. You could very well do that, and it would work, but you wouldn't make as much power as you could in either app.
