Projekt X, are you talking about the pullet on the crankshaft or the crankshaft itself?

you must be talking about the pully i think

you could put a screwdriver in the flywheel from the underside of the car then that will stop it from turning and it should come off with a little pushing and pulling.....

It's tought without air tools, but if you can find a friend with a compressor and a good impact it will come right off and you wont have to deal with holding the flywheel side.

ok guys after 2 hours of searchin on google.. and multibule sites... i got so pissed off i went out and bought a air compressor and a air gun.. lol still did not break it loose.. this point im so frustrated im about as red as my car... i rip down my privacy fence and use the hinges, cut the triangle off the rectange on the bracket.. i wedged that bitch in there and i grabed a 20 foot pole.. (LOL) i had to take my hood off.. but i got that bitch loose.. i had to get a step ladder and launch off of it but it finally broke loose!!!! i got the new timing belt on but as i looked at my crankshaft pulley i immeditly went.. WTF!?! there is a notch in the pulley but! there is a notch in the crankshaft gear itself.. well both of them go in the metal instead of comin out to slid into each other.. anyway i figured it out and got everything back on.. thx for the advice and help i appreciate this so much... thanks guys!
